Hi, there’s some info you have to know before you making the payment for reservation:
Distance and road condition
- It’s about 100km from KKIA to Kundasang, but when you start going uphill from Tamparuli, 99% of it is single lane. There may be some large vehicles ahead of you, such as trucks. So it may take more than 3 hours to reach our home. NOT recommend direct come up Kundasang for those touch down KKIA in the late afternoon or evening, it could be very exhausting 😅
- All the road is tarred, except the last 450m to my house is uneven bumpy steep mountain road with rocks and dirt. You have to lower the gear and drive slowly. If you not familiar for such off road, maybe you can consider to hire a local guide (driver) to bring you around 😉
- Car is not parked directly in front of your room.
- You have to walk a distance and 42 steps of staircase toward your room 🤓
Tip💡: Carry 2 medium size luggage instead of a huge bulky one 🤭 This could extend your lifetime 😂
Internet
We provide only mobile hotspot with normal internet speed, not unifi fibre fast speed 🥹 And during blackout, there'll be no telco signal. Please reconsider if you are A MUST for internet all day long.

- We are NOT responsible for any hardship caused by flight delays or cancellations. Please refer to your travel insurance for refunds or compensation.
- The registrant MUST be present at the time of check-in; otherwise, we reserve the right to REFUSE check-in to strangers.
- 85% refund cancellations made at 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. First time reschedule for free, thereafter will be charge RM 50 per charges. NO reschedule is allowed at 14 days before check-in.
- Check in time is/after 03:00pm 🕒 and check-out time is 11:00am 🕚 on the next day. There is RM 50 for stay past 11:00am and every subsequent hour or part thereof. Since only two of us cleaning the room, we are very pressed for 6me. Please be at least check out on time 😊
- On the day of check-in, if you arrive early and need to leave your luggage 🧳, please call 🤙🏼 and let us know in advance, so that we have enough time to prepare, and we are not responsible for safekeeping💂🏼.
- Please check in according to the number of occupants of the room type. We do NOT 🙅🏻♂️ provide extra bed 🛏️ or mattress. If insist on over limit for 1 pax, RM 150/day will be charged and WITHOUT additional mattress. Otherwise, we will refuse the check-in WITHOUT refund.
Additional House Rules:
After several complaints and other issues been occurred. We are sorry to inform that NO room is suitable for children 0 - 11 years old and we will refuse to check-in WITHOUT refund. As the sound insulation of our house is not as good as the commercial hotel, we will also feel bad if the guests have a bad sleep at night 😵 Additionally, there are 42 stairs leading up to the room, which is not a very child-friendly environment. Therefore we came out this new rules to make sure every guest here will have a worry free and comfort stay. Hope parents can be understand 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♂️ - It is strictly forbidden 🙅🏻 to take drugs 💊, make noise 🔈, any inappropriate activities, carry prohibited drugs 💊 and dangerous items 💣, will report to the police 🚓 if found out.
- NO 🙅🏻♂️ outsider/visitor are allow to enter the premises 🏠.
- There is NO 🙅🏻♀️ pets 🐶🐱🐹🐰allow in the room. A cleaning 🧼 and disinfection fee of RM 500 will be charged otherwise.
- Do NOT 🙅🏻 bring durian, jackfruit, tarap and other strong-smelling fruits into the room 🫢.
- Karaoke 🎤 is NOT 🙅🏻♀️ allowed 🫨.
- Electric BBQ grilling 🍡 is strictly prohibited 🫢. A RM250 cleaning/recovery fee will apply for any violation.
