We are not a commercial building, we do not have room numbers and check-in counter.
Just drop us a call or WhatsApp us when you arrive. We will meet you up at the parking space 😉

How far is it from your house to location x?
You can use Google Maps to find the distance from my home to where you need to go.
How's the road to your house? Will it be difficult to go to your house?
Yes, it's NOT easy to reach my house 🏡 compare with other where located next to the main road 😅
The last 450m to my house is a rugged rocky 🪨 uphill road. If you are not used to driving on off roads, it is recommended to hire a local guide (driver) to take you around this area 😁.
Can the sedan car reach your home?
I would recommend renting a high-body car like Aruz or Proton X50/70/90 for worry free. Many of my guests are using Trevo APP for rent a car.
Otherwise, Bezza (1.3cc) is good also for 2 persons with light pack. Asia and Myvi might be a bit tough 😅
Can I take Grab or taxi to your place?
You might able to get Grab from KK to Kundasang, my place. But definately UNABLE to Grab back to town 😅
It's strongly recommend self driving or hire local tour guide to visit Kundasnag, Ranau 😊
Is there a place for car park?
Yes. Each room has its own designated parking space 🚗. Please note that the car park is NOT directly in front of the rooms, so there will be a short walk to your room (we recommend packing light if possible 🧳✨ as there's 42 steps of staircases awaiting you 🤭).
Is there a place that sells hot pot ingredients there?
Yes, the
Bataras Hypermarket in Pekan Kundasang, but the ingredients are limited.
It is recommended that you get from CCK Fresh Mart in
City Mall (KK) before going up to Kundasang.
Are there any restaurants nearby?
- The nearest one is H.Benjamin, which is about 5-8 minutes on foot. Other recommended dinner places is Restoran Selera Kebun (our favorite for dinner) and the restaurant in Cottage Hotel. There is also a Baba Nyonya restaurant Tranquera House, but reservations must be pre-order 4 hours in advance.
- For breakfast, we recommend to Ausvilla.
How many Compact Rooms/Cozy Rooms/Tiny Rooms are there?
We have only ONE for each type of room.
How can we confirm the booking rather than the confirmation email?

Are there any insects such as mosquitoes, flies, spiders, etc., surrounding your house?
Oh yes, since Kundasang is a forested mountain area, you'll definitely find insects, and even some species you might not be able to name!
We kindly ask that you open your heart and mind to accept them, as they are the original inhabitants of this place 😁
By the way, all rooms are equipped with mosquito screens, so you won’t have to "share room" with them 😄
