As there are only two of us managing and cleaning the rooms, we are always very pressed for time. We appreciate your cooperation in checking out on time so we can prepare for the next guests.

Please check in according to the number of occupants of the room type. We do NOT π π»βοΈ provide extra bed ποΈ or mattress. If insist on over limit for 1 pax, RM 150/day will be charged and WITHOUT additional mattress. Otherwise, we will refuse the check-in WITHOUT refund.
Additional House Rules:
After several complaints and other issues been occurred. We are sorry to inform that NO room is suitable for children 0 - 11 years old and we will refuse to check-in WITHOUT refund otherwise. As the sound insulation of our house is not as good as the commercial hotel, we will also feel bad if the guests have a bad sleep at night π΅ Additionally, there are 42 stairs leading up to the room, which is not a very child-friendly environment. Therefore we came out this new rules to make sure every guest here will have a worry free and comfort stay. Hope parents can be understand ππ»ππ»βοΈππ»βοΈ
Steamboat is allowed in the dining area or on the Hotpot Decking (on a first-come, first-served basis). However, for guests staying in the Tiny Room, if you plan to have a strong-smelling steamboat, we kindly advise doing it outdoors on the decking π¬. We provide all necessary utensils, but please bring your own butane gas (and ingredients! π ).
Barbecue is permitted only at the Barbecue Hut. We provide basic tools and utensils, but you will need to bring your own fire starter, charcoal, and wire mesh (and again ingredients π of course). Any size of wire mesh works, as long as it suits your grilling needs.
Please be extra caution when handling fire, cigarettes, or any flammable materials. Use of our facilities is at the guest’s own risk. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred on the property.
For your safety and peace of mind, our house is equipped with security cameras in public areas (no cameras are inside the room).

We love animals, but our rooms are not pet-friendly πΆπ±πΉπ°. A cleaning π§Ό and disinfection π¦ fee of RM 500 will be charged otherwise πΈ.
Do NOT π π» smoke π, spray large amounts of fragrance/insect repellent in the room or on the bed/curtain π«’. Barbecuing, grilling, or deep-frying π’π‘ is strictly prohibited inside the rooms (especially in the Tiny Room). A RM 200.00 additional cleaning π§Ό or recovery fee will be charged for violations πΈ.
Do NOT π π» bring durian, jackfruit, tarap, Luosifen (θΊθη²) and other strong-smelling fruits into the room π«’. You are more than welcome to enjoy them on the decking or in the barbecue hut!.
Electronic appliances(eg Karaoke π€ or electronic BBQ grill) are NOT π π»ββοΈ allowed.
Do respect the silence of nature
Be considerate with the usage of audio devices such as loud speakers and audio players that may disturb other guests. βNo Noiseβ after 09:00pm.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Partial refunds will be made for cancellation request received:-
At least 14 days prior to date of arrival - 85% of payment made will be refunded
At least 8 days prior to date of arrival - 50% of payment made will be refunded
Within 7 days prior to date of arrival - Non-refundable
Reschedule Policy
First time reschedule for free, thereafter will be charge RM 50 per charges. NO reschedule is allowed at 14 days before check-in.
