Welcome to my humble home 🏠!

To maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, please kindly follow the rules (partial - full rules is in the room) below:

🗓 Reservation & Cancellation

  1. 85% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
    50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before check-in.
    No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
    No rescheduling is allowed within 14 days before check-in.

⏰ Check-in & Check-out

  1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM 🕒; Check-out time is 11:00 AM 🕚 the next day.
    A fee of RM 50 applies for staying past 11:00 AM and for each additional hour or part thereof.
    We are a small team of two cleaning everything, so please be punctual 😅🙏

🛏 Occupancy Limits

  1. Please check in according to the number of guests for your room type.
    We do NOT 🙅‍♂️ provide extra beds.
    If you insist on adding 1 extra person, a charge of RM 150 applies without any extra mattress.
    Otherwise, check-in will be refused with no refund 💸.

👶 Children Policy

  1. After several complaints, we're sorry to say that our rooms are not suitable for infants or young children (0–11 years old).
    Due to poor sound insulation (not like a commercial hotel) and the 42 stairs leading to the rooms, it’s just not child-friendly.
    We introduced this rule to ensure a worry-free, comfortable stay for everyone.
    Guests with children aged 0–11 will be refused check-in, and no refund will be given 💸.
    Hope parents understand 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♀️

🔊 Noise Control

  1. Please keep the volume down 🤫 after 9:00 PM 🕘 and before 8:00 AM 🕗 to respect other guests.

🚫 Visitors & Pets

  1. No outsiders/visitors are allowed inside the premises 🏠.
  2. No pets 🐶🐱🐹🐰 allowed in the room.
    Violation will incur a RM 500 cleaning & disinfection fee 💸.

🔌 Energy Saving

  1. Let’s care for the earth 🌏 Please switch off 📴 all lights and electrical appliances when leaving the room.

🎤 Prohibited Activities

  1. No karaoke, no drugs 💊, no loud noise 🔇, or inappropriate activities.
    Possession of prohibited drugs or dangerous items 💣 will be reported to the police 🚓.
  2. No strong-smelling fruits (e.g., durian, jackfruit, tarap) in the room 🫢.
  3. Smoking 🚭 is strictly prohibited indoors.
    Kindly use the balcony or rooftop, and do not throw cigarette butts 🚬 everywhere.
  4. No excessive spraying of perfume or insect repellent in the room or on the bed.
    Electric BBQ grilling 🍡 is prohibited.
    Violation will incur an RM 250 cleaning/recovery fee 💸.

🧼 Cleaning & Damage Fees

  1. Stained bedding, sheets or bath towels 🧪 will incur a cleaning/bleaching fee of RM 10–RM 30 💸.
  2. Any damage to items in the room will be charged accordingly 💸.

🔐 Privacy & Security

  1. Please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for any loss.
  2. For privacy and security, we will not enter your room for cleaning during your stay unless requested.
    Let us know 🤙 if you need basic cleaning 🧹 (e.g., towel change, trash removal, supply refill 🧻).

Check-in means you agree to all the above rules and precautions.

Any violation may result in refusal of check-in, no refund will be provided 💸.
